These terms govern your use of the BibleGPT app and website. By downloading, installing, or using BibleGPT, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. What BibleGPT Does
BibleGPT answers questions about the Bible using artificial intelligence, and names the scripture its answers draw on. It is a study aid built to help you explore scripture.
3. Answers Are AI-Generated
Answers are produced by an AI model and may be incomplete, mistaken, or misleading:
• Always check quoted passages against your own Bible
• BibleGPT is not a substitute for pastoral, theological, legal, medical, or financial advice
• It does not speak for any church, denomination, or religious authority
• Decisions you make based on its answers remain your own responsibility
4. Acceptable Use
When using BibleGPT, you agree not to:
• Use it for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or harassing purposes
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse engineer the service
• Access the service through automated means or resell access to it
• Misrepresent its answers as official religious teaching or professional advice
5. Free Use and Subscriptions
BibleGPT is free to download and includes a daily allowance of questions. An optional subscription
removes that limit:
• Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, not by us
• They renew automatically until cancelled
• You can cancel at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings
• Refunds are handled by the store you purchased through, under its own policy
6. Prices and Changes to the Service
Prices may change, and features may be added, altered, or removed over time. Where a change affects an active subscription, it takes effect at the start of the next billing period.
7. Intellectual Property
The BibleGPT name, app, and website are owned by us. Biblical texts and translations remain the property of their respective publishers and rights holders. You may use answers for personal study and teaching.
8. Third-Party Services
BibleGPT relies on the following services, each governed by its own terms:
• Google Gemini AI: for generating answers
• Google Cloud: for server infrastructure
• GitHub Pages: for web hosting
• Apple App Store and Google Play: for distribution and billing
9. Privacy

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
BibleGPT is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its answers will be accurate or complete.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of BibleGPT. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
12. Age Requirement
BibleGPT is not intended for children under 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use the app only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
13. Termination
You may stop using BibleGPT at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend or end access where these terms are breached or where required by law.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. In the event of significant changes, we will inform users. Please check the current version regularly.
